“I really enjoyed it. My bread turned out nice this morning. It tastes lovely too. It is lovely to have the smell of baking bread throughout the house.”

“I was very happy with this. Thank you so much.”
“Thanks for the workshop. It was great.”
“Thanks for an enjoyable afternoon learning how to make sourdough.”

“Thank you for the workshop yesterday at Tannum. Really enjoyed it.”

“My first attempt at sourdough from scratch making my own levain, family love it. My niece wants it daily, but I have to keep her away until it rests. I found the course easy to understand, the instructions and process were very hands on by Tim. I have recommended the course to family also.”

“I attended a workshop run by Tim and Tanya recently. I had watched hours of YouTube videos and googled hundreds of Sourdough recipes and realised I had wasted hours of my time. I had made a few loaves with mixed results. The workshop was small, private, hands on, and very informative. Tim was very easy to communicate with and happy to answer any questions we had, throughout the lesson. I learnt things that I was doing wrong and things that I didn't know that I should have been doing. I also learnt that it doesn't have to be complicated and time consuming, you don't need to stretch and fold 4 times or let it rise 4 times. Under Tim's guidance, we mixed a loaf, to cook when we got home. Mixing our own loaf, we learnt the right technique to mix, fold and shape. Tim cooked a loaf while lesson was going, for us to sample at the end of the lesson. OMG soo nice. Tim and Tanya are very knowledgeable and passionate about their sourdough. Even if you are already making your own Sourdough I recommend that you take their course, even if it just to check your technique and maybe gain some more knowledge. The loaf we took home, to cook, was really good.”
“I'd been wanting to learn how to make sourdough so I was excited to find this workshop...It really was good! Tim explained everything so clearly and answered lots of questions. I took home the dough I made on the course and it was delicious when I baked it at home! Highly recommend.”
“I came to the class at 10am this morning, and thoroughly enjoyed it.”

“Thank you for a fantastic morning and for sharing your knowledge. As you can see I had success with my bake this morning. A nice treat for my husband on Father's Day to wake up to the wonderful smell of freshly baked bread. There was not much left after the boys had breakfast, so I am guessing I will be baking more than one per week.”
“Thanks so much for the course! I have successfully made 3 loaves now 🙂”
“Thanks for the class on Saturday, it was great. My first loaf went well and my starter is healthy and I'm about to bake my first loaf from scratch.”
“Thank you very much for Saturday's workshop – it was great!”

“Well I had a great success with my loaf Sunday, the family loved it. Loving this sourdough recipe… this is so easy.”

“I made two loaves today and they look amazing. One white, one wholemeal with olives and rosemary cracked salt!”

“It tastes great though! Of course I didn't wait the required time to cut it. Thanks for a great workshop, most enjoyable and informative.”

“Thanks for great lesson yesterday. Here's to many more loaves at the Ford household.”
“I absolutely loved today's class. And have a friend who is keen to do your gluten free sourdough class.”

“First loaf, ever. Thanks for your workshop. Fun!!”

“My first bread. Awesome. Tasted good and light… Thanks a million for your help yesterday.”

“Reporting a better result. I took this before kids devoured the rest. Pleasingly softer on the inside. Delicious!”
“Thank you for a great morning on Sunday.”
