Products
Changed Your Mind?
If you've changed your mind about a product, get in touch within 30 days of purchase. Please note:
- You cover return shipping costs.
- Items must arrive in sellable condition (unopened ingredients and unused equipment).
- You can choose an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Refund Process
- Upon receipt of your return, you'll receive an email confirming arrival.
- You'll be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
- The refunded amount equals the order total minus return shipping costs.
Opened or Used Items
We cannot accept returns on any open or used items. If you experience an issue after opening, contact us at info@thesourdoughcode.com.au.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact info@thesourdoughcode.com.au right away.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Workshop Tickets
Refund Policy for Workshop Tickets
- Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the workshop.
- Within 7 days of the event, refunds are unavailable; however, your ticket may be transferred to another person or a future workshop (subject to availability).
